Starting today, you can use your Apple Watch with Watchletic 3.0 and have your workouts, sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV flow into Athletica - powering your readiness and adaptive planning.

On-time setup (2-3 minutes)

  1. Install/Update Watchletic on iPhone + Apple Watch.
  2. In the Watchletic iPhone app: Integrations → Athletica → Connect and sign in.
  3. When prompted, allow Apple Health permissions for: Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, and Sleep.
  4. Start your next session with Watchletic on Apple Watch. We'll take it from there.
