We’ve been working behind the scenes to refine your experience with Athletica. Here are a few key updates: - Workout Wizard Gets More Flexible – A new modality tab now displays alternative workout options, so you can tailor your sessions more effectively.

  • Better Load Calculations – We’ve fixed inaccuracies in bike training load and improved run power metrics, making your data more precise.
  • Athlete Notes Are Here! – Now in beta, you can add private notes directly to your training plan. Coaches can also leave notes visible only to them.
  • Improved Training Plans – We’ve tweaked training cycles to provide longer base periods for better aerobic development.
